Being part of the Canon family of lenses, the common EF mount of this lens makes it useable with the Canon EOS 20D as well as our newer Canon EOS 7D. Although our Canon EF 70-200 lens is a "faster" lens, the IS (image stabilization) feature of this lens makes us keep it handy and available in our camera grab bag.
